***2020 U.S. CAPITAL CHRISTMAS TREE PROJECT***
Our Guild was honored to be asked to be a part of the 2020 U.S. Capital Christmas Tree project which included our Guild creating and making a tree skirt for Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue’s tree. The 12 foot tall tree is located in the Secretary of Agriculture’s office. The tree skirt, 12 feet in diameter, showcases the Colorado landscape; wildlife found across our U.S.D.A. Forest Service lands; and agriculture animals and crops produced by the ranching and farming families of Colorado.
The tree skirt was made by: Margaret Osborn, Corrine Thornberry, Alice McCracken, Kenda English & Connie Barry. THANK YOU!!!
