It is also to provide a source of information and inspiration for fellow quilters and to preserve the heritage of quilting. 2021 RAFFLE QUILT
Enchanted Garden by Kim Schaefer. It is a wool appliquéd wall hanging 49X49 inches. It will come with a wood hanger custom made by Jerry Adams.

***2020 U.S. CAPITAL CHRISTMAS TREE PROJECT***
Our Guild was honored to be asked to be a part of the 2020 U.S. Capital Christmas Tree project which included our Guild creating and making a tree skirt for Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue’s tree. The 12 foot tall tree is located in the Secretary of Agriculture’s office. The tree skirt, 12 feet in diameter, showcases the Colorado landscape; wildlife found across our U.S.D.A. Forest Service lands; and agriculture animals and crops produced by the ranching and farming families of Colorado.
The tree skirt was made by: Margaret Osborn, Corrine Thornberry, Alice McCracken, Kenda English & Connie Barry. THANK YOU!!!
***MEETINGS, PROGRAMS & CLASSES ARE BEING PLANNED***
It is our hope that we will able to start meeting in January. We do have meetings and classes planned. Please watch for updates on the website and in email throughout 2021. We will notify everyone of any changes as soon as we are aware. All is subject to change with COVID restrictions. Attached is the planned schedule with meeting and class dates.
2021 BLOCK OF THE MONTH – APPLIQUE
Block of the Month Chairs are Jan Lesser and LaVerne Dawson.
It is your choice of method for applique and you may but do not have to mirror the image when tracing. Also you may do them with the crayon method instead. Unlock your inner creativity when sewing these blocks. These are really darling blocks and great for a baby or child’s quilt or just for fun quilt for you.
Unfinished block size is 12 1/2 inches; finished block size is 12 inches; there are 12 blocks
There will be a new block for each month. You will receive an email each month with 2 months of blocks. You may contact Jan(874-9878) for any questions. Thank you Jan and LaVerne

MEETINGS THAT ARE HELD INSIDE – WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!!!
Masks are required to be worn by all attendees.
Maintain 6ft social distancing from people you do not live with or did not ride with you.
Hand Sanitizer and Sanitizing wipes will be available for the meeting times, classes, and special events at sign in table.
It is advisable that we disinfect(disinfectant wipes or spray) any areas that are used before and after the meeting or event. (chairs, tables, kitchen areas).
