S&B QUILTERS’ GUILD

Our mission is to promote quilting and to expand and enhance our knowledge and enjoyment of quilting and quilting techniques in an atmosphere of sharing fellowship. It is also to provide a source of information and inspiration for fellow quilters and to preserve the heritage of quilting. Winner need not be present to win.

Guild Meeting, Saturday, February 11th, 9:00am – Melody Maskus; she will share information about a new technique from Judy Niemeyer and also the new Stella Maris designed by Judy & Bradley Niemeyer which is a way for us to create our own patterns. She will also have items for sale. She will be accepting checks or cash only.

Guild Meeting, Saturday, March 11th, 9:00am – ‘Learn to Quilt with S&B’ after the meeting; more information to come via email.

Saturday Class, March 18th, 8:00am to 12:00pm; continuedLearn to Quilt with S&B’; more information to come via email.

This sturdy recycle grocery bag was a ‘Make N Take’ project made after the January 14th meeting of S & B Quilters’ Guild.

2022 VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR

Honoring Our Local Veterans, Saturday, November 12th, 2022

Saturday, November 12th- guild meeting honoring our local Veterans and families with brunch and each Veteran receiving a quilt made for them by S&B Quilters.

Program was provided by Jan & Van Tuin and Bill Wason.

19 Veterans received a quilt and each shared their story.

Veterans were from all branches of the service.

It was a wonderful gathering, honoring our Veterans.

-Sew Days at Maloney House, Hotchkiss, at the Fairgrounds, all are welcome

Bring your lunch and sewing projects. $2 fee

2nd Thursday Sew Day, February 9th, 10:00am-2:00pm
